How To Edit Photo
download Picsart Apps in play store. Then open app in mobile. Downlaod background and Png. Add background in picsart. Add your photo in picsart then remove your photo background to use cut out option. Set your photo on background. Click filter option on picsart and salect artistic option then open this option and click now fatel 1 . Increse fatel stranth and apply on multply option. Then go back and add fog Png. And click now add photo and add light Png then add your photo. Finaly click drow tool and save your photo. You can go snapseed app and use somth filter and save your photo.
